These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the storefront operated by IMMOBILIARE FUTURO LTD (RC [registration no. on file]), registered at 75A Muritala Eletu, Osapa London, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By browsing, registering or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the service
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
3. Orders & payment
All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN); a USD display option is provided for convenience, but charges are settled in NGN. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, TransactPay. An order is confirmed only once payment is authorised. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including where stock is unavailable or pricing is stated in error.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos and product imagery — is owned by or licensed to IMMOBILIARE FUTURO LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce it without our written consent.
5. Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMMOBILIARE FUTURO LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
7. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
